How to Make Your Own Greek Yogurt

Start with a container of plain yogurt, any size, depending on how much you'd like to make. I like to buy organic plain yogurt but regular plain is somewhat cheaper.

Line a colander with paper towels or a coffee filter and sit this in a bowl large enough to rest the colander in.

Put the yogurt into the lined colander and set the entire thing in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 12 hours. All the water drains out of the yogurt and you're left with creamy, delicious Greek yogurt.
