100 Healthy Living Tips #20 - Do Less and Get More Done - The Power of Relaxation

Do you feel guilty about relaxing? When you take a few moments for yourself to sit and do nothing, do you suddenly remember 20 things you should be doing? I found this link to ZenHabits on Andrew Weil's Facebook page.

The blog posting, The Lazy Manifesto, talks about how when we find time to do less, buy less, criticize less and plan less, we actually become more productive and "get more done." If you enjoy the article on ZenHabits blog, the author, Leo Babauta, has also written a book The Power of Less: The Fine Art of Limiting Yourself to the Business and in Life and Zen Habits: Handbook For Life  which you might enjoy.

When I have been struggling lately to make my yoga class a priority, this idea of slowing down to get more done is exactly the message I needed today.
