1. Where Do You Park Your Car? - Think about all the trips to the store you make in a week. One easy workout exercise is to park your car as far from work or the store as possible so you get easy toning just from walking. This easy fitness exercise adds up to many calories burned over time.

2. Clean Your House for Easy Exercise - Housecleaning is one of the best overall exercises we can do for a number of different reasons. Dusting, mopping the floor and washing the dishes are great physical activity. Household tasks can burn up to 100 calories in 30 minutes. Besides being easy exercise you can do at home, having a clean house is going to make us comfortable and less stressed. This will go a long way in helping us achieve our fitness goals.

3. Enjoy Your Children - Children are powerhouses of energy and can be a great source of exercise for you. Take your kids to the park where you can walk, run and play basketball with them. Go for nature walks with your kids for easy toning for you and for them. You're teaching your kids the value of being physically fit and spending some valuable fun time with them.

4. Take Dancing Lessons - Dancing can be one of the best workouts around plus it's lots of fun. Lessons are usually available at the local community center or college. Check your local listings and see if you can get in on the fun. This workout will be more strenuous but you won't even recognize it as being exercise. It is also a great way for you to spend some family time and almost everybody will enjoy doing it.

5. Don't Use the Phone or Email - Instead of picking up the phone and calling somebody on the other side of your office or shooting them an email, get up out of your cubicle and walk over there to talk to them. It may seem small but this is good, easy exercise that will add up over the course of time.
